Responsibilities include overall leadership and management of JAMâs Country Program, which includes partner and government relationships, financial and material resources, and personnel. Duties will also include developing programs, building local staff/partner capacity and networks and representing JAM throughout the country and externally, in addition to growing the Country Program since Sierra Leone is one of the top 5 Growth Country Programs identified by the agency.
The videographer's responsibility involves shooting, audio and editing. He/she is responsible for JAM's photo and video libraries including images and affiliate's video material for promotion and TV. Videographer works in the JAM video production studio, in remote locations,

1. The Stakeholder and Communications Snr Officer is responsible for the establishment of strong and sustainable relationships with JAM International's global affiliate offices staff based in the UK, USA, Canada, Norway, Germany and Switzerland as well as JAM international's implementation offices, based in South Sudan, Angola, Rwanda and Mozambique. This includes the development of a strong internal communications strategy and the implementation thereof.
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides both operational and programmatic support
to the organization. The CFO supervises the finance unit and is the chief financial
spokesperson for the organization. The CFO reports directly to the Chief Executive
Officer (CEO) and directly assists the Chief Operating Officer (COO) on all strategic and
tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting
needs and the securing of new funding
Overall management of the JAM SA Nutritional Programmes, including programme
implementation, subordinate staff management, monitoring and evaluation of programme
systems, managing expenses and reporting to programme manager
The primary role of the Audio Visual (AV) producer is to be a visual storyteller. His/her responsibility involves shooting photo & video, audio and editing as well as Social Media. The AV producer works in the JAM video production studio, in remote locations, and is part of the post-production team editing and preparing hard and soft copy's of videos, and other video and multi-media productions, working with JAM events and documentaries. He/she will also assist the video production manager where needed.The AV producer will work for JAM International and will need to travel.
The primary role of the Photo Intern is to be a visual storyteller. By editing, and presenting images effectively, they tell a story in a way that no other media can. The subject matter can vary greatly. Our photographs serve the purpose of enhancing the story for the reader or viewer.
