About Us

Joint Aid Management (JAM) is a humanitarian relief and development organization in Africa founded in 1984 by Peter and Ann Pretorius.

Aimed at fighting hunger, poverty and malnutrition in Africa, our programmes provide food security and proper nutrition, clean water sources and sanitation as well as emergency relief in the communities in which we work namely Angola, Mozambique, Rwanda, South Africa, Uganda,  South Sudan and Sierra Leone.

For more than three decades, we have affected sustainable changes through these programmes, Helping Africa Help Itself has always been our defining motto and serving Africa is what defines us.

JAM does not discriminate in terms of race, religion, gender or political persuasion.
